On Sunday 25^th October 2026 we attended the Bristol Vintage Bus Group’s Autumn Mini Running day, which was held at the Aerospace Bristol museum at Filton.  Our newest arrival, convertible open top Bristol VRT/SL3/6LXB 937 (VDV 137S) “Victory” made the very windy journey to Bristol. Fortunately, the sun came out to make a really lovely day.

937 operated two trips from Filton: 1130 to Westbury-on-Trym and 1345 to Frenchay. Both trips were popular and carried around half a load on each trip. We left around 1545 and, as the clocks had changed, the last part of the journey home was made in the dark.

A very enjoyable day and 937 performed faultlessly.
